1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" the following changes:
a) state Item 7.1.13 in the following edition:
"7.1.13. Civilian passenger airliners of subsubline items of 8802 40 003 5 and 8802 40 003 6 FEACN CU with quantity of passenger seats more than on 50 people, but no more than on 300 people imported till July 1, 2014 into the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan with quantity of passenger seats on 110 people at least, but no more than on 300 people determined according to the certificate of type issued by authorized body of the country of the producer, imported till December 31, 2016 into the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan and also with quantity of passenger seats on 110 people at least, but no more than on 300 people determined according to the scheme of accommodation of passengers (LOPA) approved by the authorized body responsible for maintenance of the flight validity of aircrafts, imported from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019 into the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan – for the purpose of their use for international carriages and (or) domestic transports on the territory of the state to which import of these goods, and (or) between the territories of state members of the Customs union is performed;";
