About formation of permanent judicial presence at structure of some district courts of Kamchatka Krai

To form 1) as a part of Ust-Kamchatsky district court of Kamchatka Krai permanent judicial presence in the settlement Keys of the Ust-Kamchatsky region of Kamchatka Krai;

To form 2) as a part of Milkovsky district court of Kamchatka Krai permanent judicial presence in Esau Bystrinsky's village of the region of Kamchatka Krai;

To form 3) as a part of Ust-Bolsheretsky district court of Kamchatka Krai permanent judicial presence in the village of Sobolevo of Sobolevsky district of Kamchatka Krai;

To form 4) as a part of the Tigil district court of Kamchatka Krai permanent judicial presence in the settlement of city type Palana of the Tigil district of Kamchatka Krai;

5) to Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to perform the organizational actions connected with execution of this Federal Law;

6) financial provision of the payment commitments connected with execution of this Federal Law is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget within the budgetary appropriations provided on content of courts of law.
