Article 1

Article 2 to add 1) with subitem 7.1 of the following content:

"7. 1) international legal protection of assignment (appointment) of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels - the legal, technical, organizational and research actions performed for the purpose of ensuring the international recognition of assignment (purpose) of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels for radio-electronic means of different radio services of the Russian Federation;";

2) Article 69 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. The procedure for carrying out in the Russian Federation for works on international legal protection of assignment (appointment) of radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels, including works connected with the statement, coordination and registration in International union of telecommunication of such radio frequencies or radio-frequency channels and the corresponding line items of companions in geosynchronous orbit or the corresponding characteristics of companions in other orbits is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

3) in Article 70:

a) to state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:

"creation of the Russian segments of global, regional satellite communication networks for the purpose of ensuring interaction with single communication network of the Russian Federation and ensuring management of the Russian segments of global, regional satellite communication networks from the territory of the Russian Federation;";
