About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Item 14 of the Regulations on the National center of legal information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 1998 No. 524 "About measures for enhancement of the state system of legal information" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 31, Art. 785; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 303, 1/9196):

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2000 No. 664 "About measures for enhancement of servicing of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 116, 1/1855):

to state subitem 3.3 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"3.3. employees of Dipservice whose positions are listed in appendix 1, are government employees and are equated under the terms of medical and other material and social security to the corresponding employee categories of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus. At the same time the official pay rate of the chief of Dipservice is established in the amount of at least 97 percent of official pay rate of the chief of head department of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus;";

in subitem 3.4 of Item 3 and appendices 1 and 2 to this Decree of the word "employee of state machinery" shall be replaced with words "government employee" in the corresponding case and number;
