Concerning application of penalties for limiting exceeding of cash amount of calculations
Due to the enforcement since September 1, 2013 of requirements of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 6, 2013 No. 210 "About limiting establishment of the amount of payments with cash" which determined the limiting sum of payments with cash between subjects of managing and physical persons and makes changes to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 15, 2004 No. 637 "About approval of the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine" (further - the Provision) the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine reports the following.
For control for observance by the companies (entrepreneurs) of the set restrictions during implementation of cash calculations by them between the companies (entrepreneurs) and physical persons check settlement transactions of the specific company (entrepreneur).
During such check the fact that cash calculations can be perfromed by the companies (entrepreneurs) for day with other companies (entrepreneurs) and physical persons for one or several payment documents, and also that the specified restrictions do not concern the cases determined by the Provision shall be considered.
