According to Articles 15, 25 and 26 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of enhancement and increase in efficiency of use of mechanisms of regulation of the monetary market according to Items 1.8 - 1.12 Chapters 1 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and the storage of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 2006 No. 91, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2006 for No. 312/12186 (with changes), and also for systematization of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning forming and storage of required reserves the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Establish the following standard rates of obligatory reservation for forming of required reserves by banks:
means of deposits (deposits) of legal entities and physical persons in national currency on demand and means on current accounts - 0;
means of deposits (deposits) of legal entities in foreign currency on demand and means on current accounts - 10;
