1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2006 No. 51 "About establishment of form of data on comprehensive income of the citizen who is constantly living and working in the settlement with population to 20 thousand people and members of his family for receipt of soft credits on capital repairs and reconstruction of premises, construction of engineering networks, construction of economic rooms and constructions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 73, 8/14374; 2012, No. 2, 8/24580) following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 to replace the word "obtaining" with the word "provisions";
