1. Rename organization of education "Mogilev highest college of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" into organization of education "Mogilev institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus".
2. Reorganize organizations:
"Medical sobering-up station of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk regional executive committee" by accession to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk regional executive committee;
"Medical sobering-up station of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Gomel regional executive committee" by accession to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Gomel regional executive committee;
