About measures for the organization of activities of Uzbek Research and Design Institute of the Coal Industry LLC

1. Take into consideration that general meeting of members of Ugolproyekt LTD LLC makes the decision about:
entry of JSC Uzbekugol into the list of founders of Ugolproyekt LTD LLC with size of share in authorized fund at least 51 percent;
renaming of Ugolproyekt LTD into the Uzbek research and design institute of the coal industry (further - Uzugolprom NIPI LLC) and approval of its organizational structure with extreme number of personnel of 94 established posts, including administrative and management personnel - 11 units, the main production personnel - 73 units and support personnel - 10 units.
2. Support the offer SAC of Uzbekenergo, JSC Uzbekugol, Ugolproyekt LTD LLC about determination by the main objectives and activities of Uzugolprom NIPI LLC:
development of the project documentation on construction, upgrade and reconstruction of the operating coal fields and cuts, and also technical reconstruction of objects of the coal industry and creation of general schemes of sites, subjects to building in complex with coal mines;
development technical, technological and the design estimates on construction, upgrade, reconstruction and modernization of the objects of the companies oriented to the resource-extraction industry, including performing the activities in the territory of SIZ "Angren";
accomplishment of engineering researches in the territories of designed projects, including carrying out geomechanical researches of coal pits, and also geodetic works on tracking stability of boards of coal mines;
