The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Paragraph two of part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to needy families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 35, Art. 290; 2009, No. 16, Art. 222; 2012, No. 4, the Art. 21) after the words "which reached 80-year age" to add with words "physical persons who provide social services".
2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
