Rules of transportation of goods in the international direct cargo railway ferry connection between the ports of Ukraine and the ports of the Republic of Turkey which have railway service, between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, signed on September 13, 2012 in Kiev which become effective from the date of receipt of the last message by the Parties in writing and through diplomatic channels, about completion of the interstate procedures necessary for the introduction of these Rules in force, to ratify (are attached).
