About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2008 No. 43

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of activities of garage cooperatives I decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on creation and activities of the garage cooperatives and cooperatives performing operation of parkings, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2008 No. 43 "About organization activity of the builders, garage cooperatives and cooperatives performing operation of parkings" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 29, 1/9411; 2010, No. 249, 1/12032), following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 1 part two:

after the paragraph of the seventh to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
