About entering of amendments and changes into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation in the field of broadcasting and printing activities I decide:
1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the column "Sphere of Control (Supervision)" of Item 10 of the list of the controlling (supervising) bodies and spheres of their control (supervising) activities, No. 510 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 253, 1/11062; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 31.07.2012, 1/13654):
after paragraph two to add the column with the paragraph of the following content:
"control of compliance with law in the field of publishing";
to consider paragraphs of the third or sixth respectively paragraphs the fourth or seventh;
1.2. in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 1, 2010 No. 450 "About licensing of separate types of activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 212, 1/11914):
1.2.1. add the Provision with Chapter 12-1 of the following content:
"Chapter 12-1 Activities in the field of broadcasting
125-1. Licensing of activities in the field of broadcasting (further for the purposes of this Chapter - the licensed activities) is performed by the Ministry of information.
The licensed activities are performed by the legal entity to who functions of editorial office of mass media, or the foreign organization are assigned.
125-2. The licensed activities include the constituting services specified in Item 4-1 of appendix 1 to this Provision.
