Based on paragraph two of part four of Article 34 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. In part one of Item 82 of the Instruction on standard rates of safe functioning for banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2006 No. 137 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 186, 8/15213; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.12. 2012, 8/26568):

after paragraph two to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"the securities of the Government, National Bank nominated in foreign currency in the amount of 50 percent from the amount of requirements;";

to consider paragraphs of the third or sixth respectively paragraphs the fourth or seventh.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
