For the purpose of increase in efficiency of project implementation of construction of nuclear power plant in the Republic of Belarus:
1. Determine that from January 1, 2013 to October 31, 2019 processing equipment, component parts, spare parts to it, the raw materials, materials and other goods provided by the project documentation on construction of nuclear power plant (further – goods), the Republic of Belarus imported on the territory Atomstroyexport joint-stock company (Russian Federation) (or his legal successor) on behalf of permanent mission of this joint-stock company in the Republic of Belarus (or his legal successor) to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" (or his legal successor) or the called unitary enterprise (or his legal successor) for performance of works (rendering services) for the purpose of execution of the contract for performance of works of the preparatory period to "the first concrete" on the Belarusian NPP of March 29, 2012 No. 77-598/1200500 and the general contract for construction of the Belarusian NPP of July 18, 2012 No. 77-598/1110700, of prisoners between the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" and Atomstroyexport joint-stock company (Russian Federation), is exempted from the value added tax.
The basis for release from taxation on value added of goods according to this Decree is submission to customs authority (tax authority – when importing from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union) the conclusions of the Department of Energy containing data on the name, quantity, cost of the imported goods, the organizations performing import of such goods and terms of their delivery and confirmatory that imported goods are intended for performance of works (rendering services) for the purpose of execution of the contracts specified in part one of this Item.
