rooms, parts of rooms which are in property, economic maintaining, operational management or lease;
the equipped trade places in stationary shopping facilities and in the zones intended for implementation of trading activity and located in other stationary objects or the shopping facilities having the trade floors expected one or several workplaces.
The conclusion of service provision agreements of mobile radiotelephone communication in non-stationary shopping facilities is forbidden, except as specified the conclusions by the telecom operator or person of service provision agreements of mobile radiotelephone communication authorized by it in vehicles which are specially equipped for servicing of subscribers and the requirement to which are established by federal executive body in the field of communication.";
