About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Article 7 of the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995 (1995, No. 34, Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (4-1) following of content:

"(4-1) National medical insurance company are authorized to realize programs of special purpose in the field of health care at the expense of the transfers from the government budget provided for implementation of national programs in health care regarding requirements which financing is not provided by part (4).".

Art. II. – In the Law on the government budget for 2013 No. 249 of November 2, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 263-269, 853) to make the following changes and additions:
