Bring in part third of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 49, Art. 4552; 2006, No. 23, Art. 2380) following changes:

b) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. If the legal entity founded abroad performs the business activity mainly in the territory of the Russian Federation, to requirements about responsibility for obligations of the legal entity of his founders (participants), other persons who have the right to give instructions, obligatory for it, or otherwise have opportunity to determine its actions, Russian law or at the choice of the creditor the personal law of such legal entity is applied.";
