The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the second article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the rights to real estate and their burdenings" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 18, Art. 141; 2013, 23, the Art. 244) after the paragraph of the fourth to add No. with the new paragraph of the following content:
"4) the owner (co-owner) of the apartment, residential or non-residential premise in the apartment house during creation of OSMD, consolidation of co-owners of the apartment house (association of owners of apartment houses if it delegates powers on management of indivisible and common property of the corresponding housing estate), housing cooperatives or their authorized persons about persons of law of property on residential and non-residential premises in such house".
