Article 1

Bring in the Item "g" of part one of article 16 of the Federal Law of May 31, 2002 No. 62-FZ "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 22, Art. 2031; 2003, No. 46, Art. 4447; 2012, to No. 47, the Art. 6393) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"d) have restrictions for entry into the Russian Federation because they were exposed to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation, deportation or were transferred by the Russian Federation to foreign state according to international treaties of the Russian Federation on readmission, or in connection with acceptance concerning person of the decision on undesirability of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation (before the expiration of fixed terms of restriction for entry into the Russian Federation);".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
