1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Regulations on the National monitoring system of the environment in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2003 No. 949 "About the National monitoring system of the environment in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 80, 5/12786):

to exclude from the paragraph of the seventh Item 5 of the word "on program implementation";
