The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263 with subsequent changes) such changes:

1) in Article 17:

the second to add part with two paragraphs of such content:

"date of filing of application concerning election of simplified taxation system, the tax address of the subject of managing, the venue of economic activity, the elected group of payers of the single tax, date of sending the electronic copy of such statement to body of the income and charges if such application is submitted as appendix to registration card;

date of submission of the registration statement for voluntary registration as taxpayer on value added, date of sending the electronic copy of such statement to body of the income and charges if such application is submitted as appendix to registration card";

the fourth to add part with two paragraphs of such content:
