About modification in the Penitentiary code of Ukraine concerning procedure and conditions of serving sentence

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Penitentiary code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 3-4, of the Art. 21) such changes:

1) in Article 59:

third parts two to add the paragraph with words and offers "and only with close relatives (the spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents adopted brothers and sisters, the grandfather, the grandmother, grandsons). the medical institutions of places of detention and colonies intended for content and treatment of infectious sick convicts.

The procedure for content of the places of detention condemned in medical institutions and the colonies intended for content and treatment of infectious sick convicts is determined by the regulatory legal act of the central executive body which provides forming and realization of state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties";
