Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 2, 2005 No. 1219 "About approval of the list of legal entities which allowed wholesale of the ethyl alcohol relating to alcoholic products for the subsequent sale of health care to its organizations, veterinary and agricultural organizations, and also the individual entrepreneurs having special permissions (licenses) for medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary activities, to the agricultural organizations which are engaged in production of livestock production within production cycle for use on the medical, pharmaceutical and veterinary purposes, to agricultural organizations for use on the breeding purposes in livestock production" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, to No. 175, 5/16712; 2007, No. 55, 5/24780; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160) following changes:
