Provide to state bodies implementation of actions, determined by the Implementation plan of the Program and provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the course of their execution following the results of half-year, no later than the 10th following reporting half-year.

3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan no later than the 25th following reporting half-year to provide to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the program implementation course.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
