About approval of the Procedure for determination of the stock exchange rate of security
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", articles 23 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", subitem 215-1.1.1 of Item 215-1.1 of article 215-1 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve the Procedure for determination of the stock exchange rate of security which is applied.
2. To stock exchanges to bring the rules into accord with requirements of this Procedure within three months from the date of the introduction in action of this decision.
3. To department of regulation of activities of dealers in securities and stock exchanges (Ustenko I. I.) provide:
submission of this decision on implementation of examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To management of information technologies, external and internal communications (the Stutterer A.L.) provide publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market and promulgation on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
