4. The Fund location - the city of Moscow.
5. The fund is considered created from the date of its state registration - entering of the corresponding record into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
6. The fund has seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation and with the full name. The fund has the right to have stamps and forms with full name in Russian and English.
7. The fund has the right to establish in accordance with the established procedure emblem of Fund.
