About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298 "Questions of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 52, 5/13979; 2006, No. 127, 5/22691) following change and amendment:
1.1. in Item 2 of figure "10" to replace with figures "11";
1.2. to add part one of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution with words ", the rector of organization of education "The Belarusian state technological university".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
