2. To provide to organization-legal management of the Agency in the procedure established by the legislation this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
