a) in the field of architecture:
ensuring efficient control of observance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan by Council of Ministers, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, Gosarkhitektstroy, Goskomzemgeodezkadastry, their territorial subdivisions, other bodies and organizations of the legislation on town planning, town-planning regulations and rules;
control of observance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan by Council of Ministers, khokimiyats of areas, the cities and areas, territorial subdivisions on architecture and construction of the established requirements for development and approval of town-planning documentation, consecutive implementation of the approved master plans, target territorial investing programs by them on construction, reconstruction and improvement of the cities and other settlements;
