1. Items 35-37 of the Visa rules of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2010 No. 1065 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 186, 5/32226; 2012, No. 68, 5/35802) to state in the following edition:
"35. The documents of visa support necessary for execution of short-term entrance visas and provided in Item 30 of these Visa rules, are represented to management concerning entrance of foreigners of the head consular department the MFA not later than three working days before expected date of arrival of the foreigner.
The documents of visa support specified in paragraph three of part one of subitem 19.6 of Item 19 of these Visa rules can be submitted at the time of submission of documents, necessary for review of the petition for issue of the entrance visa.
36. The documents of visa support necessary for execution of long-term entrance visas and provided in Item 30 of these Visa rules, are represented to management concerning entrance of foreigners of the head consular department the MFA not later than five working days before expected date of arrival of the foreigner.
37. The documents of visa support confirming the purpose and conditions of short-term visit specified in parts of first or third of subitem 19. 1, subitem 19. 4, paragraphs the second or fourth subitem 19 part one. 5, subitem 19 parts one. 6, subitem 19.8 of Item 19 of these Visa rules, can be accepted in the copy received on fax connection or other communication channels, according to the decision of the head of department concerning entrance of foreigners of the head consular department the MFA or its deputy.".
