Some questions of activities of the Ministry of Health and Public sanitary and epidemiologic service

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2011 No. 501 "About approval of the list of institutions of health care and programs in health care industries which provide accomplishment of nation-wide functions, expenses on which are performed from the government budget, and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 36, the Art. 1484) and of November 14, 2012 No. 1050 "Some questions of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 87, the Art. 3547) changes which are applied.

2. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine:

perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Health for 2013 generally and special funds of the government budget, redistribution on the general fund of the government budget of expenses of consumption in the amount 10635, by 4 thousand hryvnias (from them on compensation - 6172, 1 thousand hryvnias, utilities and energy carriers - 1214 thousand hryvnias), on special fund of expenses of consumption in the amount of 160 thousand hryvnias (from them on compensation - 10 thousand hryvnias, utilities and energy carriers - 25, 7 thousand hryvnias) by reduction of their amount according to the budget program 2304020 "Activities of organizations of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service and action for fight against epidemics" and respectively increase in their amount according to the budget program 2301350 "The organization and regulation of activities of organizations and separate actions in health care system";
