About entering of amendments into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2011 No. 173 and of October 3, 2012 No. 905

1. Make additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. add the Regulations on procedure for conducting examination of reliability of assessment approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2011 No. 173 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2010 No. 410" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 22, 5/33322), Item of 431 following contents:
"431. In case of carrying out independent value assessment of the non-cash contribution made in authorized capital of economic partnership and society, unitary enterprise, production cooperative, including agricultural production cooperative, the national association which is the commercial organization and peasant farm obligatory examination of reliability of independent assessment and obligatory examination of reliability value assessments of non-cash contribution are not carried out. Initiative expertize of reliability of independent value assessment of such contribution can be carried out.";
1.2. the interlinear note 5 to appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 3, 2012 No. 905 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 No. 294 and modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.10. 5/36324) to add 2012, with words ", except as specified, when according to legal acts expertize of reliability of value assessment of such contribution is not carried out".
