About entering of amendments and changes into Rules of rendering services of telecommunication

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of rendering services of telecommunication approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2006 No. 1055 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 160, 5/22959; 2009, No. 136, 5/29839; 2010, No. 108, 5/31752; 2012, No. 21, 5/35250), following amendments and changes:

1.1. to add Item 3 after the paragraph of the forty eighth with the paragraph of the following content:

"service in access to network of on-air digital television broadcasting - service of telecommunication in the organization to the subscriber of acceptance and viewing of the television programs broadcast by means of digital land television transmitting stations;";

1.2. add Item 6 with part five of the following content:

"It shall be provided in the service provision agreement of cellular mobile telecommunication that giving by the subscriber to the operator recipient of the statement on rendering services of cellular mobile telecommunication and service of portability of subscriber number (numbers) of cellular mobile telecommunication involves termination of this agreement and the contract with the donor operator is considered by the operator recipient of confirmation terminated from the moment of receipt of possibility of transfer of subscriber number (numbers) from the database of transferable numbers.";
