About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on reference of citizens to category needy for receipt of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or the acquisition of premises approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2000 No. 1955 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 2, 5/4885; 2002, No. 38, 5/10182; 2003, No. 103, 5/13000; 2006, No. 93, 5/22443; 2012, No. 50, 5/35623):
1.1.1. in Item 1:
in paragraph one of the word "and (or) submission of documents on receipt of subsidy" shall be replaced with words ", submission of documents for receipt of subsidy or submission of documents for the direction on the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement of premises which construction was performed according to the state order";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"for receipt of subsidy - premises cost proceeding from the one-time subsidy of the cost of 1 sq.m of total area of premises and the maximum regulation of provision of total area of premises of social use taken into consideration for determination of the size for this family.";
1.1.2. in Item 7:
from paragraph two the second offer to exclude;
in paragraph three of the word "and (or) for date of submission of documents on receipt of subsidy" shall be replaced with words ", submission of documents for receipt of subsidy or submission of documents for the direction on the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement of premises which construction was performed according to the state order";
