About amnesty in connection with "Year of unity and succession of generations"

Due to "Year of unity and succession of generations", being guided by the principles of humanity, this Law is adopted.

Article 1. Exempt from custodial sanction and from other punishments which are not connected with imprisonment irrespective of the appointed measure of punishment, convicts:

1) minors and persons who at the time of crime were minors, earlier not containing in educational colonies;

2) the women having the children who did not reach 16-year age or handicapped children of I and II groups, and also expectant mothers;

3) the men having the children who did not reach 16-year age or handicapped children of I and II groups provided that the last have no mother, guardians (custodians);

4) women is more senior than 50 years and 55 years are more senior than men;

5) the women and men having parents (one of them) is aged more senior than 63 years provided that the last have no other able-bodied children;

6) participants and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945, and also persons equated to them;

7) widows of the military personnel who died in case of accomplishment of military and international duty, the women having husbands disabled veterans and persons equated to them;

8) disabled people of I and II groups, and also patients with oncological diseases (second, third and fourth clinical groups);

9) TB patients of active form (subgroup "And" and "B" of the first group and subgroup "And" fifth group of dispensary accounting);

10) the military personnel condemned to content in disciplinary military unit or to arrest.

Article 2. Exempt from custodial sanction of minors to whom operation of article 1 of this Law does not extend, condemned to imprisonment for a period of up to five years inclusive which served at least one third of sentence of punishment.
