About modification of the Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062

1. a) in Item 7:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "For Decision Making about Export" "When exporting";

in paragraph three of the word "In case of Decision Making about Export" shall be replaced with words "In case of export";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The decision of the Government of the Russian Federation or Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation on export of military products shall contain the provision concerning need of receipt of military and technical cooperation by the subject from authorized body of foreign state of the end-user certificate before licensing for export of military products.";

b) declare Item 9 invalid.

2. To the government of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
