Leypunsky" (Obninsk of the Kaluga region), from the date of state registration of this joint-stock company with the subsequent inclusion of this joint-stock company in the list of the Russian legal entities in whose property there can be nuclear materials (except for nuclear materials which can be only in federal property), and in the list of the Russian legal entities in whose property there can be nuclear installations.
