About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450

For the purpose of improvement of quality of construction objects and strengthening of responsibility of contractors in construction activities the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of the conclusion and execution of construction contracts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 26, Art. 683; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 82, 5/34140), following changes and amendment:

1.1. in Item 66:

state part one in the following edition:

"66. On the objects accepted in operation and the performed construction works which are the subject of the agreement the warranty period eight years, except for is established:

the processing, engineering, sanitary, electrotechnical and other equipment, materials and products used for construction of facilities (accomplishment of construction works), the warranty period for which is established by the legislation, including technical regulatory legal acts, or the manufacturer;

works on running repair, commissioning, the warranty period for which is established at least two years.";

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"The warranty period for the components and components of the main product used for construction of facilities (accomplishment of construction works) is considered equal to warranty period for the main product if other is not provided in technical regulatory legal acts on the main product.";
