About subordination of "State Museum of the Nature and Ecology of the Republic of Belarus" organization
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Transfer "State Museum of the Nature and Ecology of the Republic of Belarus" organization from subordination of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection to subordination of the Ministry of Culture.
2. Make addition and change to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 17.01.2017 No. 40
2.2. from the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of June 20, 2013 No. 503 "About some questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.06.2013, 5/37432), to exclude Item 5.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Finance transfer to the Ministry of Culture of the means provided in the republican budget in 2013 on content of "State Museum of the Nature and Ecology of the Republic of Belarus" organization.
4. In three-months time to provide to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Culture in accordance with the established procedure the solution of the questions connected with implementation of this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
