About modification of Rules of rendering services of mail service

1. Bring in the Rules of rendering services of mail service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2004 No. 1111 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 145, 5/14830; 2010, No. 210, 5/32369), following changes:
1.1. in Item 50 of the word "and payment documents in foreign currency, documentary securities" shall be replaced with words ", payment documents in foreign currency and documentary securities in foreign currency";
1.2. the fifteenth Item 57 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Belarusian rubles, payment documents in Belarusian rubles and documentary securities in Belarusian rubles;";
1.3. state Item 63 in the following edition:
"63. Transfer of foreign currency by physical persons is allowed:
to the Republic of Belarus - only in letters with the announced value in the amount which is not exceeding in equivalent of 200 US dollars, calculated on the official rate of Belarusian ruble to the corresponding foreign currency on the date of acceptance of the letter with the announced value in post organization of the country of its giving;
out of limits of the Republic of Belarus - only in letters with the announced value in the amount which is not exceeding in equivalent of 200 US dollars, calculated on the official rate of Belarusian ruble to the corresponding foreign currency on the date of acceptance of the letter with the announced value in object of mail service.
