About modification of Rules of motor transportations of loads

1. The paragraph the fifth parts two of Item 24 of Rules of motor transportations of the loads approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 173, 5/27990), to state in the following edition:
"obligatory maintenance of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol according to acts of the legislation.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since December 30, 2013.
