Nazarbayev" (further - Fund) about transfer to republican property of share of Fund in the authorized capital of Astana Ballet limited liability partnership (further - partnership) in the amount of 100 percent.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to perform the necessary actions following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share in the authorized capital of partnership to Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
