About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2012 No. 194
For the purpose of updating of the State program of development of the Belarusian power system for the period till 2016 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the State program of development of the Belarusian power system for the period till 2016 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2012 No. 194 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 32, 5/35381), the following changes and amendment:
1.1. in content:
1.1.1. words "Chapter 13. Power supply system" shall be replaced with words enhancement of management system "Chapter 13. Enhancement of management structure power supply system";
1.1.2. words "Appendix 3. The list of the organizations which are not part of GPO "Belenergo" responsible for input of the electrogenerating equipment" and "Appendix
5. In the directions of implementation of the State program of development of the Belarusian power system for the period till 2016" to exclude amounts and possible sources of financing of upgrade of the fixed business assets of GPO "Belenergo";
