Explanation of rather practical application of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine
For the purpose of strengthening of stability of the monetary market of Ukraine by Board of the National Bank of Ukraine the resolution of 25.09.2013 No. 381 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 14, 2013 No. 163" is accepted (1) (further - the Resolution No. 381). This resolution provides that action of regulation of rather obligatory sale of part of receipts in foreign currency extends not only to currency earnings of residents from sales of goods under the external economic agreements, but also on all receipts in foreign currency from abroad for benefit of legal entities (not being authorized banks) and physical persons - entrepreneurs. Besides, this regulation also extends to own transactions of authorized banks under the external economic agreements.
