About entering of amendments into the Law of Turkmenistan "About migration"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About migration", adopted on March 31, 2012 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2012, No. 1, Art. 41; 2013, No. 2, Art. 29), following amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with Item 9-1 of the following content:

the foreign staff of the scientific, educational and cultural institutions created according to the legislation and international treaties of Turkmenistan and also official representatives of the international humanitarian and charitable organizations;

correspondents (journalists) of the foreign mass media accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan;

foreign spiritual employees of the religious organizations officially registered in the territory of Turkmenistan;

the foreign citizens, persons without citizenship invited by the ministries and departments of Turkmenistan in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for implementation of teaching, scientific and cultural and educational activities, including for carrying out in educational institutions of Turkmenistan short-term or expected certain term of educational trainings and seminars;
