About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2011 No. 136

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2011 No. 136 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out offset of taxes, charges (duties) which are subject to payment by the payer (other obliged person) and monetary commitments of republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs before this payer (other obliged person)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 2, 8/24597) the following changes and amendment:
1.1. to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:
"About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out offset of taxes, charges (duties), other obligatory payments which are subject to payment by the payer (other obliged person) and monetary commitments of receivers of budgetary funds before this payer (other obliged person), including on means of the state trust budget funds";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for carrying out offset of taxes, charges (duties), other obligatory payments which are subject to payment by the payer (other obliged person) and monetary commitments of receivers of budgetary funds before this payer (other obliged person), including on means of the state trust budget funds.";
