About modification of the Law of Turkmenistan "About the companies"
I. Parts the third and fourth Article 25 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About the companies", adopted on June 15, 2000 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2000, No. 2, Art. 13; 2009, No. 2, Art. 33; 2012, No. 1, to the Art. 48, No. 2, the Art. 51) to state in the following edition:
"3. The legal basis for creation of the state company is the act of its creation adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan or other authorized state body according to its competence.
4. The minimum size of authorized capital of the state company is determined by the state body which adopted the act of its creation.".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
