About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather additional guarantees of social protection of the military personnel during the special period

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Item 17 of article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2006, No. 51, Art. 519; 2007, No. 33, Art. 442; 2010, No. 9, Art. 151; 2013, No. 14, Art. 89; No. 11, Art. 132 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of May 20, 2014 No. 1275-VII) to replace 2014, with three new Items of the following content:

"17. During the special period from the moment of the announcement of mobilization until introduction of warlike situation or until decision making about demobilization of provision by the serviceman of annual main leaves no more than 30 percent of total number of the military personnel of certain category of the relevant division are performed on condition of simultaneous absence.

18. During the special period during action of warlike situation by the serviceman family leaves and to other reasonable excuses with preserving cash allowance lasting no more than 10 calendar days can be granted.

19. Provision by the serviceman during the periods provided by Items 17 and 18 of this Article, other leave types except leaves to the female military personnel in connection with pregnancy and childbirth, on child care before achievement of three-year age by it and if the child needs home care, - duration determined in the medical certificate, but no more than before achievement of six-year age, and also medical leaves by it or for treatment after severe wound according to the conclusion (resolution) of the military-medical commission, stops.".

2. In Item of 1 part eight of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of September 19, 2013 No. 589-VII and of May 20, 2014 No. 1275-VII):
