About entering of amendment and change into Rules of retail trade in the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of providing safety requirements in case of retail sale and consumption of acetic acid, protection of public health the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make addition and change to the Rules of retail trade in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 13, 2003 No. 75 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 2, the Art. 15), according to appendix.

2. SAC Uzkimyosanoat together with the Uzstandart Agency and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to review the existing standards on acetic acid in a month and to establish single requirements of acetic acid the food dining room on extreme concentration of acetic acid.

3. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Uzstandart Agency and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to take measures for prevention of realization of acetic acid of the food dining room with the concentration over 10 percent which is in retail retail chain stores and also to withdrawal of these products.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry to bring requirements of this resolution to trade enterprises and public catering, and also to inform the population in accordance with the established procedure.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
